Decorating has never been a strong suit; too many colors and patterns to pick from. So sticking to what I know, I grabbed some rope and Billie for some project time. Determination is an attribute always worthy of admiration and Star has plenty of it. She takes her time at first, testing the chains and links for avenues of escape.
